THE DANGERS OF BUYING A LAND NEAR THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN TWO COMMUNITIES

From our many years of experience and observation, buying a land close to the boundary between two communities most often than not present problems. Most communities are never contented with their boundary limitation. Having sold all their lands, they attempt to expand their territory into neighbouring community. The host community never welcomes such development. In fact, they put up a hard fight or resistance. Sometimes, this leads to a violent clash.

So if you are near the edge of the territory, you bear the brunt of the fight. You have to run for your dear life. But when the warring communities toe the line of resolving the issue in court, you may be asked to vacate the property if it is proven beyond any reasonable doubts that the property belongs to the other community. In this regard, you will lose your investment.
Additionally, acquiring property in between two communities exposes you to their greedy exploit. You may be pressured to pay development fee to both communities once there is boundary dispute.
THE BOTTOM LINE
From the foregoing, always stay clear from boundaries between two communities to avoid problems in future.
